Absolutely the best
In her seven years, my dog has had multiple health issues, many were quite expensive. Healthy paws has paid every claim without any problems. Her medications have all been covered, some lifetime. She just had tplo surgery done by a board certified surgeon, the amount being $4700.00. I submitted the claim on a Friday, and the payment was in my account on Monday. You can’t get any faster than that. Thanks Healthy Paws, you are the best!

Excellent service all around
Working with Embrace Pet Insurance has always been a positive experience for me over the years I have had them as a pet insurance provider for our dog. Recently I had to file three different health issue claims and 4 Wellness claims. Staff responded in a very timely manner ( started processing all of them within 24 hours of filing) and each was resolved and paid out in less than 10 days. Staff is always responsive to any questions I've had and has even helped me with filing a couple of complicated claims. I would definitely recommend Embrace to any pet owner.

Embrace is a bait & switch operation
Embrace is a bait & switch operation. Sales team called immediately. Once they got paid, they simply sat and did nothing to activate the policy. I had to repeatedly follow up with emails and calls, and even that was not enough. My vet said embrace was lying about what the vet said when they finally did a review for the policy. I can corroborate this; Embrace said they faxed a veterinarian…that has no fax machine or number. Avoid at all costs. They give a 30 money back guarantee but take 4 months to activate a policy. Customer service is awful; be prepared for a long wait.
