Ease and efficient process!
The ease and efficiency was quite a relief working with ASPCA. Especially when it comes to older horses. The timeliness is the best I’ve ever experienced. I do wish that there were more “add ons” at not such a larger fee, making more inclusive.

Ease of signing up was great. Get a quote online, sign up, and you’re good to go. My girlfriend has an insurance with Trupanion as well. Her kitten is a little more sensitive and she would call them regarding the coverage and your employees over the phone have always been so nice and helpful.

Excellent Service
Submitting claims was easy with the app. Response was fast. I had several submissions and there was only one minor invoice issue that was handled directly between the provider and Embrace. I am very pleased with the Embrace service.
