Best in the industry. It's a blessing Sonnet exists
We have insurance coverage on all of our vehicles and properties with Sonnet. Their online platform driven approach to quote, claims, customer service is revolutionary. I am so glad they exist. We've had other insurers in the past and the amount of questions you have to answer to get a quote is dizzying. Their rates are very reasonable and inline with what we expect for most policies and some were a lot cheaper than other providers. Their platform allows you to change coverage dynamically to see how it affects your premiums. That's something you can't really do (with ease) with an insurance broker. I am so grateful to have stumbled upon Sonnet many years ago. It's made management of our policies seamless. I was able to get a quote on a new house purchase and provide proof of insurance on the day of closing....it took about 5 minutes. I can't rave enough about Sonnet and will find other avenues to share my positive experience. Do be warned that this is a technology progressive company so will be challenging for those who are not tech savvy or prefer face to face hand holding coverage. I love the self-serve approach. Well done Sonnet!

Fantastic customer service by Jennifer. She is the Best. Jennifer was so knowledgeable and helpful. She used to work for a vet for 35 years and truly cares about pets and people. Because of our conversation, I purchased pet insurance for my Cavapoo. The online process for policy information and pricing was tech-savvy and user-friendly. BTW, I loved the little cat typing and the dog fetching the paper from the printer. Adorable, it made me smile.
