Trupanion made an incredibly stressful emergency vet visit so much easier to handle. They covered 90% of my total bill and processed the payment the very same day services were rendered. I was truly impressed by how quickly and smoothly my claim was handled. Their efficiency and support gave me one less thing to worry about while focusing on my sick cat. I couldn’t be more grateful for the peace of mind they provided.

Incompetent customer service
Unfortunately stupid people work in customer service. After 5 years of automatic withdrawal monthly payments, the idiots had some sort of problems with automatic payments. Lost all credit card information. You need to call every month and wait between 35-55 minutes just to make a payment. They say they update it each month but unfortunately they are too stupid to figure it out
