Healthy Paws is the best
I rescued my big dog 2 years ago. She is a love but has challenging health issues. She has seen 2 specialists for different issues. I am so grateful that Healthy Paws helped me afford these expensive services. Their claims process is smooth and painless. They have been responsive to me and my vet. And their premiums are reasonable. I highly recommend them to all of my family and friends who get a new pet

Beyond grateful
My sweet Cookie, 13 yr old Boston Terrier was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer. I am so thankful that I have Trupanion to help me to be able to provide treatment she needs to at least give us some more time together. The invoices and reimbursement are both completed so quickly and Customer Service is always so kind and helpful.

Diarrhea is a preexisting condition
Extremely disappointed to learn that "DIARRHEA" is considered a pre-existing condition, so if your pet has EVER had diarrhea, I would not recommend Trupanion. I have a very healthy 2.5 yr old dog who saw the vet 1x last year for his check up. To clarify, my dog had diarrhea- a symptom not a disease- after having a bad reaction to a medication , 2 years ago. He presented with diarrhea this week and it was not covered for any reason. I will be changing insurance providers as soon as possible. Do not waste your time with Trupanion. It’s a scam. I have shared this terrible experience with my dog group of over 5500 members and many r Also reported terrible experiences with Trupanion.
