Trupanion made my emergency vet…
Trupanion made my emergency vet experience the best. They made sure I got the pre approvals on time for my dog to stay overnight. They were also super caring and made sure to do everything quickly so I didn’t have to worry about paying while also worrying about my puppy.

Useless
I got insurance for my dog, and she started having some allergies, ears infection, and some wounds in her legs, at the end the insurance did not cover anything, so in my experience...this insurance is totally USELESS, wasting time doing the claims which would be great that the Clinic could send directly, but not. I will definitely cancel their service and look for other options.

Poor customer support
I opened an account for pet insurance. I paid the bill, I tried registering with the customer center. I kept getting error messages saying my account number was incorrect even though I copied and pasted it. I emailed to get the problem resolved and I never heard back. I called multiple times. I’m still waiting to get registered. I’m not impressed with the customer support so far :(

Get Trupanion. They don’t play. They pay.
Love Trupanion. Two days after my dear dog’s surgery for cancer, I get notice that they’re paying for the surgery. They’re the best. I only wish I could switch my lousy human insurance for Trupanion.

. Wrongfully denied. Hiring an attorney.
I’m in the same boat as everyone else— they’ve denied my claim bc they don’t have the records of which I sent over, they confirmed, and then I received an email this morning stating that my claim is on hold. Is there anything we can do to get our money back? This seems criminal— and now when we switch insurance we’ll have a pre existing condition!. I can’t afford this. Consulting an attorney tomorrow.
