You are asking me for a review for a payment that you say was mailed to me on Dec 5th and I still haven’t received the check. I called and was told to wait for 30 days! This is completely unacceptable.

Need more coverage
Wish there were more levels of coverage for wellness claims. Will only cover less than about half of flee and tick meds. Then no other wellness claims for remainder of the year.

Excellent Coverage & Peace of Mind
My pup George had two surgeries for an obstructed small intestine. I submitted my claims almost daily over a three-week period. Pets Best reviewed and reimbursed me for my claims quickly and without any hassle. I was so worried about the cost of the vet bills, but Pets Best has covered most of the cost. I am so grateful that Pets Best has been so easy to work with and that I have a good policy.
