Vivee, my pup with a spark in her eye, A troublemaker’s spirit, she leaps and she flies. Just under two weeks, and what did she do? Swallowed a pill—oh, the worry it grew! Rushed to the vet, my heart raced with fright, But with Trupanion’s cover, we’d make it all right. Their promise of care, a beacon of hope, In moments so frantic, they helped me to cope. With every small scamper, each wag of her tail, I see a bright future where love shall prevail. Oh, mischievous Vivee, with antics galore, Each day is a blessing, a new endless chore. very simple and intuitive claim process, prompt response to claims submitted and a clear description of the EOB. Have been with Embrace for over 4 years and have never had a need to appeal a claim or even call them with an issue. Claim handling is pretty seamless.
