My family adopted 3 pets and bought their insurance plan, at the recommendation of my insurance company. Now the adjusters keep denying my sons dogs current claim and any future claims - called to talk to a supervisor and they were all out , doubt they will even call me back on monday what a disappointing company and will definitely be contacting my insurance company telling them about their service and recommend them not to send people their way

The representative from Trupanion took a great deal of time answering my questions and encouraging me. The checks of reimbursement came in a timely manner. We had hesitated a great deal whether to get insurance or not since we are retired and it costs quite a bit each month but we are glad we did.

Sweet Pepper girl
We have one of the sweet ones. Pepper girl is the one to get up from her bed to wag her tail and greet any visitor to our home. After giving a friendly greeting (without jumping), she returns quietly to her bed just to be in the midst of family activity. This is what Trupanion has done for us. There are too many times that Pepper could have been a victim of lack of finance to pull her through the latest need medically. She has been courageously fighting cancer for at least half of her life, as well as having knees surgeries, and so much more. I know our girl is on her final weeksâ¦and we are heartbroken and yet so grateful to have had her in our lives for over 11 years. Trupanion has given us this gift. We got Pepper from a couple who was ready to take her to the pound at 4 months, because no one chose the last puppy of the litter. It was a win-win for us! Thank you Trupanion, for taking the lead many times to keep her strong through the years. We are so very grateful.
