Good value / right price
found it prudent to purchase pet insurance for our younger dog. I recommend that anyone who has a younger dog or is adopting to purchase insurance. Manypets had the best value for my dog. I appreciate it. I really love my dogs. Took my older dog for dental cleaning last week. Was near $600 in all with blood tests and sedation (he is a bit wacko). That is a lot out of pocket. But necessary. Take care of your best friends.

SAVE YOURSELF A GIANT HEADACHE.
DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY. THEIR SERVICE SUCKS, THEY ARBITRARILY CHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DON'T TELL YOU. JACK YOUR MONTHLY PRICE WITHOUT TELLING YOU. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE "HEROES" ARE ACTUALLY USELESS. THIS COMPANY IS A GIANT JOKE. IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS, I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE CONVERSATIONS ABOUT MATERIAL CHANGES THAT HAVE HAPPENED ON MY ACCOUNT AND I HAVE NOT BEEN NOTIFIED. THE MOST RECENT ONE WAS A $20 A MONTH INCREASE - HALF WAY THROUGH MY POLICY - AND I ONLY FOUND OUT BY LOGGING ON TO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND FINDING IT WAS THAT MUCH HIGHER!!!!! THEIR COMMUNICATION SUCKS IN THE WORST WAY - THEY LITERALLY TOLD ME 'WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO COMMUNICATE" THESE THINGS. YOU SHOULD BE CHECKING ONLINE. BUT IF YOU DON'T KNOW ITS HAPPENING, WHY WOULD YOU CHECK SONNET WEBSITE? AM I TO BE LOGGING IN DAILY TO CHECK ON MY INSURANCE POLICY?! IF YOU ARE A PAYING CUSTOMER AND LIKE TO HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS GARBAGE COMPANY.

Both our cats got sick at the same time. One has Spot, another has a different insurer. So we got to compare the difference in responses and ease of use. Spot was incredibly easy to use and kept us up to date on the status of the claim. Would absolutely recommend!
