i have never had any issues getting my claims approved for payment as long has i submit all my documents, the website is straight forward and easy to use. i am happy with fetch and so far i have had no issues. i have never spoken to anyone on the phone so i cannot comment there.

Great Service
My puppy fell off our bed and broke his paw. Thank goodness for Fetch Pet insurance. Submitting the claims was a breeze and after the initial claim, the payments came quite quickly. We had to have his cast removed and replaced once a week and it was all covered once the deductible was met. Great service!

I was not thoroughly explained to that my policy didn’t cover regular visits and checkups. So i was shocked when i had to come out of pocket 600$ for my pet. My pet was listed as the wrong gender and it was not a pleasant experience
