I was also kept informed by email the steps that my claim had to go through and a timeline for when I might expect the claim to be decided. I am not very tech savvy so they were great! Our German Shepherd Sassy needed Emergency Bladder Surgery
Our Sassy (German Shepherd) developed a bladder-ful of stones and needed surgery. While she was waiting for a scheduled surgery she developed a serious blockage and needed emergency surgery. Fetch helped me prepare my claim even before I filed and settled very quickly and without any arguments even though the surgery got rescheduled at another facility. You can't beat for service!

Started off good when my dog was a…
Started off good when my dog was a young puppy. Then in April of 2020 he went for a routine checkup and normal shots and that has been on hold since. This year in February no dog had an ear infection for the first time and needed shots. I submitted the claim and have been waiting since. I have called numerous times and get the same answer that the vet keeps sending the wrong information. I spoke with one person at Embrace and was told that she spoke with the vet and received what they were asking for. That was a couple weeks ago and now they told me that it still isn’t what they want. I have been paying for health and wellness insurance since my dog was eight weeks old and thankfully he has been in great health his entire life. I would not recommend this to anybody.
