I never heard back
I never heard back from the email I sent requesting the policy number since the email after signing my dog up that included the number was not sent. Impossible to finish the process if there’s no customer service So far the customer service interaction for needed response has been a zero

Thieves
Thieves! DO NOT SIGN UP. Take the insanely high premiums you will end up paying and stuff them under the mattress you will be FAR better off. As soon as you need to use the service they will double your premiums and you still pay massive vet bills. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP. Edit after reply: You sent me an email less then a week after I put in a claim which I never even received any reimbursement informing me that the cost of care for MY specific breed in MY specific area has increased therefore my premiums would be increasing by 70%. So yes you do increase premiums when they get used regardless of what you say here on this review forum. It's insane and unacceptable.

I’ve had TRUPANION for my two previous…
I’ve had TRUPANION for my two previous dogs and have recently enrolled my new 4-legged family member. TRUPANION has always honored their word according to the policy chosen. The turnaround time for reimbursement is timely and in some cases, there has been “vet direct pay” where I paid my 10% portion and the veterinary clinic submitted the claim to TRUPANION directly…. Thus not having to wait for payment reimbursement. The MOST IMPORTANT factor … my “fur babies” are covered and I have the comfort of knowing I can always give my dogs ALL the care that they need. I highly recommend this insurance and company.

I have Trupanion since 2010
I have Trupanion since 2010, when I first brought my little yorkie home at 8 weeks. This company is the best and I recommend them to anyone looking for insurance. My little yorkie developed many health issues with his pancreas, digestive system and bladder, when he turned seven. And Trupanion has been wonderful with assisting with numerous claims. This company gave me the peace of mind that he was covered for the best care he can receive and because of this, he is a beautiful 13-year-old boy today.

Easy access
Easy access. Information on insuring an older animal came from a FB group. So glad I found out about your insurance.

Salesman Upsold me and Lied
So far, I have not had a good experience with Embrace. I was outright lied to by the salesman I spoke to prior to signing up. They claim they record phone calls, but when I reached out nobody was willing to go back to the call and verify what I was told. Because no pet insurance companies cover pre-exiting conditions, I feel like I'm stuck with them now because I'd have to start from square one with any other company. We're definitely stuck with them for a year, because I was given misinformation about the Wellness Rewards program. Be careful signing up for that because they can charge you for it if you want to cancel. I didn't even want it but the salesman upsold me and lied about it.
