So disappointed
So disappointed! Totally scammy! My $750 deductible was not actually a $750 deductible. They would take out 30% of each applicable claim before applying to deductible. So instead of having to spend $750 to reach deductible, I actually had to spend more like $1000. False advertising and they know it! Would NOT recommend.

Figo processed my claim very quickly
Figo processed my claim very quickly and the website says how much they will reimburse me. I am a little disappointed that the percentage of reimbursement is lower than I expected.

Happy with coverage.
I have had ASPCA coverage for several years on my 2 cats. I have one cat that has had digestive issues (that I was unaware of) from the beginning. My coverage has been excellent for her and my vet is very prompt with submitting claims. I guess some vets don't submit as well as some are very lax in getting claims submitted. If a claim is taking longer than you expect I would call the veterinarians office to see if the claim has been submitted in a "timely" manner by the vet staff. This is NOT because ASPCA is lax. I always get timely correspondence on claims being submitted and then paid.

I have had a great experience so far
I have had a great experience so far. I’ve submitted 3 claims. Between deductible and copay, the first claim FIGO paid nothing. The second and third claims were each submitted and paid within a couple of days. I’m very satisfied.

Excellent service! They stand behind there word! We had our dog at the emergency and Trupanion Managed everything. Covered 90%! Oau!!! Thank you for your help Trupanion!

Sonnet is so convenient
Sonnet is so convenient. I just purchased a newish vehicle. My old one was off the road for a couple of weeks so I did call to find out how it would be best to transition. It was to be another two weeks before I got my newer car. The person on the phone was wonderful, said she would cancel it and that I would receive a refund. In general, I do not have to call as everything is online and quick. When it did come to get my car, I simply added a policy and received all the information I needed right away. I love that they also give me a discount for having attended a Canadian University. No waiting on calls, or for paperwork.

I was billed for a cancelled policy
I was billed for a cancelled policy. This drove my bank account into the negative, causing a hefty NSF fee at my bank. This, despite me spending 4 hours trying to connect with a live agent on chat. When I finally did connect with someone, I followed his advice to cancel the policy. When I saw today that I was billed for the canceled policy, I tried AGAIN to reach a live agent and was disconnected.

Trupanion non paid testimonial
Trupanion was there for me and my family when my 12 week old puppy broke her femur. We were devastated by the accident, she was trampled on when she darted in between two children playing causing them to fall on her. Such a horrific fluke of an accident. The options were surgery which was $7k or amputate her leg. Trupanion took care of 90% of her costs for surgery and follow up care. My pet would be without a leg if it wasn't for Trupanion. She was just deemed healed 100% by her doctors and her leg is wonderful. The hospital and the staff were amazing but Trupanion is the real hero in our story. We will always have them and always be grateful for being there during our darkest times. THIS INSURANCE IS A MUST HAVE !!!
