M'y dog runned away Last week because we forgot de fence door opened. Hé went to the Aréna two corners from our house. The men working there called trupaniun after looking the medail he had on is coller. Two mn after trupaniun called me. I feel.realy safe also having my insurance for my dog in case he ever get sick.

Overall Great
We are overall very pleased. The customer service agents are extremely friendly and helpful. Most claims are taken care of promptly. However we did have an issue that took longer than necessary to get approved. It did get resolved and we are thankful for that. We would and do recommend Pumpkin to our friends and to others.

A caring and trustworthy company.
We enrolled our yorkie when he was a puppy 13 years ago. Around the age of 7 he started to develop some health issues. Over the years he needed special veterinary services to help him with these issues. Two weeks ago at the age of 13 we suddenly lost our little baby after surgery. Trupanion was always there with us when needed and made everything easier. We recommend Trupanion to everyone we know and if we ever have another furry baby we will enroll him/her also. Our thanks and appreciation go to Trupanion and their caring staff.
