Great Service
My puppy fell off our bed and broke his paw. Thank goodness for Fetch Pet insurance. Submitting the claims was a breeze and after the initial claim, the payments came quite quickly. We had to have his cast removed and replaced once a week and it was all covered once the deductible was met. Great service!

I was not thoroughly explained to that my policy didn’t cover regular visits and checkups. So i was shocked when i had to come out of pocket 600$ for my pet. My pet was listed as the wrong gender and it was not a pleasant experience

I never signed up with fetch pet.coms for some reason I have a policy with them I'm trying to cancel the policy I can't get in touch with anyone I'm forced to cancel my credit card biggest fraud I am going to file a complaint with the New York state insurance board

Trupanion has been excellent in regards to transparency and covering exactly what I anticipated they would cover regarding my dogâs recent diagnosis of encephalitis. Submitting claims has been easy and I typically receive payment within a few days to a week.
