Very slow service
Had my car stolen this April and since then I've tried calling my representative a minimum of 15 times and have never been successful. I wait for weeks at a time for answers and I'm currently paying for 2 insurances due to the confusion.

Excellent service
My dog has been insured with Pets Best for many years and they have proven to be reliable in processing claims and prompt in paying them. My dog is a senior, so his premiums are pretty high but I've had a year or two where they've ended up paying out the annual policy limit--and they did so without hassle. Highly recommended.
