Excellent customer service!
Sadie was hit by a car on 8/12 while on vacation and needed emergency care out of state. Trupanion paid the ER vet directly within a couple days. After returning home Sadie has continued to have regular appointments for wound care and Rx. I have received all reimbursements timely without any issues. This is the first time I've invested in pet insurance and I am very impressed with the ease of submitting claims and receiving reimbursement.
