Customer service is always fantastic! The in app messaging to vets is a life saver for minor issues! The app overall is very user friendly and it’s easy to upload claims.

Fetch honors the text of the insurance agreement in a timely and courteous fashion. Early in our coverage agreement I made a $1,500 claim. There was no hassle, no questions asked. They processed the claim in less than two weeks and deposited the money. I have made several claims over the first five month of adopting our puppy and Fetch has stood by the word of the contract without exception with every claim submission - and each was followed up with excellent communication until the claim was settled. Customer service is always friendly and…
Customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable. Claims go through in a timely manner. My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes and then he had to have to have cataract surgery due to going blind from the diabetes. He is only 6 years old. The entire Fetch time were there for every question with answers or referrals. Just hoping the renewal doesn't increase by an insane price.

Embrace gave me peace of mind
Embrace made taking my dog to the ER and specialist as stress free as it could be. It was great knowing that money wasn’t going to be making our medical decisions. Gatsby was able to get the treatment he needed and I was almost completely reimbursed! The Embrace app was simple and straightforward to use when submitting a claim and I was reimbursed before my credit card statement was due that month. Additionally, when I accidentally had the wrong address for where to send the reimbursement check, Customer Service was quick and efficient at helping me correct the issue.
