I love everything with Embrace
I love everything with Embrace. I tell everyone how great they are. I get my money back for claims usually in 3 to 5 days at the most. When my 1 dog died they even sent me a sympathy card. And paid for his "end of life care" (euthanasia). I have 7 other dogs. And everyone is insured with them.

It took multiple attempts for the…
It took multiple attempts for the process to go through and when it did, only 1 of the 2 bills were addressed. I found the communications to be very poor and unclear. When I investigated why it was taking so long, I found out that I was supposed to call both the emergency vet and my local vet to send over the required paperwork. This initially led to the claim being denied which just delayed everything. Pets best came highly recommended to me and I was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Sorry for this but I am trying to be honest here. Sincerely, L

Trupanion always there when needed
Trupanion always there when needed! Trupanion has been there for me since we enrolled Shadow. They are an excellent support for you when you need it. Great to know there is always some one there to help us when it is needed.
