Beware of false advertising

I was extremely happy with Pumpkin, they were very responsive and the claims had a really quick turnaround time. They had the most overall coverage of all the plans I researched. All great...UNTIL I was not reimbursed for something they had clearly stated as covered on their website (see screenshot, BEWARE they DO NOT cover CBC at an annual exam). Totally false advertising, especially for something VERY expensive. Don't care how good your insurance is, if you lie...I'm OUT!

The customer service is Outstanding!

The customer service is Outstanding! There are good things about having pet insurance. But the lack of certain coverage, does not lessen the expensive out of pocket costs
