Our 2 year old Riley, had ingested a foreign object and was constantly vomiting, not eating or drinking, so we ended up at the vet ER. Riley is my first dog and I don’t have any experience on how to use the Trupanion’s benefits and this added to my stress. Rebecca went beyond her duties to help me. She was my Angel and guided me throughout my experience. She was patient, compassionate and professional.
