Waiting 10 days for claim to process
I submitted a simple claim 10 days ago and still have not received a decision or reimbursement. I chose Trupanion because of their promise to "Find out the status of your claim and what is covered in minutes". I have found this not to be true.

Quick and easy.
It was very easy to enroll my cat. Just a few simple questions and didn’t take long at all. The representative I spoke to made sure to ask throughout if I had any questions to let him know and was able to answer any that I had asked. And went through with me the deductible options. Very pleased.

As soon as I signed up I haven’t been able to even make an account. I get to where it says my email to create an account is being sent, it never comes. I haven’t received one email and I’ve tried 5 times. Now I have to call customer support…not off to a great start

My dog had a seizure and needed an MRI of the brain, which is very expensive. It was easy for us to make the decision to do it because we knew Fetch would help us with the cost. The claim and reimbursement process was easy and quick and this was so helpful in a dificult moment. Thank you!
