No not at all.
No not at all. Your explanation of benefits online does not contain any information re: what was or wasn't covered and claims take far too long to process. My friend uses healthypaws who outline every line item that was covered and they send an acknowledgement of claims receipt immediately then process the claim within 24-48 hours.
