flea and tick claim
I submitted a claim for flea and tick care. The claim was initially declined, however, after calling and inquiring I was reimbursed up to my policy limit. Considering this is a yearly claim for the same product, I was a bit surprised.

WITH THE GUARANTEE OF HAVING THE BEST COVERAGE, IT MAKES EMERGENCY DECISIONS MUCH EASIER BEING ABLE TO ELIMINATE THE FINANCIAL STRAIN AND FOCUS ON WHAT'S BEST FOR MY PETS HEALTH. ALSO WITH THE WELLNESS PLAN OPTIONS, IT MAKES IT MORE AFFORDABLE TO KEEP UP AND MAINTAIN THE YEARLY VET VISITS AND NECESSARY SHOTS AND PREVENTATIVE CARE. We have been using Healthy Paws since…
We have been using Healthy Paws since 2018, and I am so glad we chose this for our pet! As our cat is getting older he is needing more specialized care and increasingly more expensive. Because we have pet insurance I feel more comfortable doing expensive surgeries (our bill went from $5,000 to $2000!) to actually get the care Alfie deserves! Without Healthy Paws we would definitely have to make more considerations about treatment for Alfie. We have been able to do multiple rounds of ultrasounds and biopsies to get to the root cause of what is a typical cancer in cats as they age. If we didn't have insurance, we might not have been able to do these specialized treatments and had to stick to a broader less effective medication. It's already emotionally tolling to see him get older, so it's nice to have some of the financial burden lifted and do what's best for him.

I have 2 Poms and have used Trupanion…
I have 2 Poms and have used Trupanion since they were puppies. But I knew as they age, problems will arise. And yes they did. Trupanion has made filing claims so easy! Omg they work with my vet and I don’t need to do anything…seamless, worry free and QUICK! I’m so grateful and when it comes to our fur babies…best care is important. And when have many more years of life, having Trupanion ensures they will be by my side for a long and full life

We only used once untill now, but it was great. The only suggestion is that they should ask about the cat wealth history before our claim.

Highly recommend Healthy Paws!
Healthy Paws has given me such peace of mind when it comes to my dog's health. We set up the insurance for her when we first brought her home at 8 weeks old and it has not only saved us money, but gives me peace of mind when she is sick or needs to go to the vet. I now take her in no matter what knowing that if she needs anything done, that Healthy Paws is there to help cover some of the costs. Recently, my sweet pup had to have surgery and they even followed up a couple days after I submitted the claim to check on how her recovery is going. So thoughtful of them! Highly recommend Healthy Paws if you are looking for pet insurance.
