Always quick & easy. Customer service is so helpful & patient. They pay directly to pets doctor and/or clinic so no waiting to be reimbursed. My 2 pups are 9 & 8 y/o now and have had the insurance since they were 4 or 6 months old. Love Trupanion & staff

Ease of filing a claim for an injury. What I don’t like is the policy increases every year as the pet ages. If the policy holder is with the plan since birth, there should be some discount.

I've had the privilege of witnessing Trupanion at work as I am a Veterinary Nurse of 33 years. I'm at a different location now and we decided to bring Trupanion on as of today. My own pets are insured through Trupanion and knowing that actual Veterinary staff with experience work there puts my mind at ease....not to mention the awesome customer service!

I love my Pets Best Insurance! I have had them for three years.
