Horrible insurance
After 10 years of paying 75 dollars a month to your company for pet insurance I had to make a claim. The vet charged 1,063 .00 and the thanks I get for paying you all that money for ten years you thank me by covering 163.00 of my bill. Not happy at all and I will be looking elsewhere for insurance. Absolutely deplorable

Trupanion coverage
I am so thankful that I obtained insurance coverage for my 4 year old Pomsky. Trupanion responded immediately to the claim and I was impressed and thankful. You don’t expect a 4 year old dog to be potentially become ill. Having coverage and a quick response eased some of the distress I have and I am grateful.
