Expensive for limited benefits
Monthly fees keep going up and benefits going down. Didn't get reimbursed for wellness exam even though I've been paying this monthly fee for years for that coverage. Also, response time has slowed down. Time to move on.

Worth the Security
Haven’t had to worry about much yet, only real annoyance I’ve had to deal with is the payments not wanting to be billed when it says they are (lead to over charge once) because I’m not very functional with subscriptions and money management which is why i avoid them; but felt it was worth it for my dog— really just a personal inconvenience, other than that i havent had a problem thus far

Get pet insurance it's well worth it
It great to have pet insurance we never had it on our first dog and spent a fortune on her on surgeries and other stuff when you stop and think about it they are family not pets when we got a second dog I decided to look into to it for 140 a month it worked out perfect he being a fast paced dog fell and broke his paw with bills being 5000 to 7000 over course of 4 months it was tight the insurance company covered 90 percent of all cost
