Vanessa was professional and nice to talk with but she could not solve my problem.
Vanessa was professional and nice to talk with, but she could not solve my problem. Every claim I send in is either a "preexisting or an allergy". Plus, every claim has a $500 deductible, which means I will never get reimbursed, unless it is a large claim. So I will be changing insurance at the beginning of the month.

Trupanion finds ways to NOT pay claims.
Trupanion finds ways to NOT pay claims. The 500 deductible per incidence is a losing game but a winning one for Trupanion. I've been a client for at least 8 years and finally realizing I need to cut my loses for this company will find ways to NOT pay claims.

Dissatisfaction with Trupanion Insurance
My dog had a new problem with his paw and the Vet submitted the claim. It was denied by Trupanion. Every time a claim is submitted, it seems that Trupanion doesn't pay on anything. I'm considering canceling this insurance.
