Unfortunately Iâve had to start filing claims for my 14 year old terrier due to liver issues but the claims process has been extremely easy and at 90% coverage, worth the unexpected expenses.

Trupanion cut through all the paper work when my dog broke his leg. Very easy to apply for insurance coverage. Especially now that my dog needs surgery to remove a mass on his paw. I recommended the coverage to my nephews who just got puppies and neighbors.

It was easy to upload my invoice for a claim on the app. Lilly was very helpful and valuable when I called. She easily explained any questions I had and helped me properly document my dogâs hospital/vet history. She also made sure the right internal team got the updates so they are reaching out to the correct provider for additional documentation.
