Brody and Pets Plzs Zs
What can I say. Pets Plus Us has been unbelievably supportive and kind with our Brody. He has had many surgeries and many many meds. After a lot of treatments Brody can now run be pain free. Pets Plus Us cares about our Brody. And have done everything possible to help us with him-insurance wise. All my future dogs will be insured by Pets Plus Us. Thank you so much. Brody is living his best life.
Lengthy claims, multiple appeals. Not worth it
Had then for the first 6 months of having a puppy. Took ~3 months to get decisions on claims. Another 3 months to appeal—and I had to appeal every one. They considered an attack at dog park a pre-existing conditions because bacteria was present in his wound, and our dog had itchy skin when we adopted him. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was lovely, thus the 2 stars. But the actual insurance and claims/appeals process wasn’t worth it. Switched to a different provider

We Love Embrace!!
I've had my boxer insured with Embrace Pet Insurance and I am so glad we are. Embrace has taken care of all our needs and claims promptly and efficiently. Cannot imagine not have pet insurance. We have both the Wellness and the Accident and Illness. Superb!!

A Must Have for ALL Pet Owners
An excellent company that is completely up front and discloses all relevant information - including (over time) slight price hikes which EVERY pet insurance has. They allow flexibility in their terms (deductibles, changes, etc.) which are NOT relegated to an annual time period. Customer service is above average and human - literally. Highly recommend for any pet owner - especially for new pet owners of puppies. Things pop up and the security in the knowledge my pet won't have to go without care because I can't financially afford it is truly worth it!

Tooo long claim processing
Submited a claim on May 12 and received a review on May 27. It takes another 3 to 5 day to get the money in the bank. For $684 claim amount it is very difficult to wait almost a month.
Do not use this company ..
This company is a joke , do not waste your money , they do not follow there own rules but want you too...

I’m not sure how to review Embrace…
I’m not sure how to review Embrace because none of my three claims are settled, and all three are wellness claims, so it’s my money they haven’t sent me. This is my first time submitting claims, so maybe when I get reimbursed I’ll feel differently, but it doesn’t seem like they’re paying much attention, (or money,) right now. I’ll update the review when the claims are settled. UPDATE: The claims have been reviewed, and at least partially resolved. My real issue is that I was asked to review Embrace when the claims were not only unresolved, but hadn’t even been reviewed. It just seemed a little tone deaf, as if my opinion was just some data point to be collected. I know that processing the claim takes some time. I would have given a better review if Embrace had resolved my claims before asking me how they were doing.

I am not a new member
I am not a new member. I used Trupanion with my previous cat who passed away in early May. I found Trupanion to be an excellent resource. When my kitty had kidney failure Trupanion paid for the larger part of my vet bills. Now I have another cat and I enrolled her immediately.
