My pup needed surgery on his foreleg. Trupanion provided the services they advertised and more. The procedural review was lightning quick and payment in accordance with our contract was made to the vet immediately when billed. This company is excellent and delivers services as promised

I'm so glad I signed up for Prudent Pet. My puppy has had a lot of issues recently and filing a claim is easy, the claims are processed quickly, and the customer service people are friendly, patient, and helpful. I'm really grateful for Prudent Pet!

Highly recommend
I’ve been paying for pet insurance since my now 7 and 8 year old Goldendoodles were puppies. The last year, my younger one has had some major health issues. The claims department is always very responsive and pays out my claims less deductible in a timely manner. It gives me the peace of mind that my doodles will be taken care of. I highly recommend Pets Best.

Overall a great experience
It took a little longer than I had anticipated to the money from my claim. But, it was due to the fact that wrong notes and what not were taken. So it had to be reviewed. Otherwise I'm sure it would have been quite a bit faster. The people are very kind that work here as well. I always speak to the same person which I love so much. I will be adding my kitten my plan as well.
