It is truly peace of mind when you have a pet of any kind to know that the help you receive from your pet policy is there for you. The process of submitting a claim is very easy and straightforward. The key is meeting your deductible first like any policy. I would recommend this insurance to anyone!!

Excellent as Usual
We have always used Pets Best for our dog insurance. Now we have a new puppy, and had to have his wellness check up. I submitted the bill to Pets Best and in less than a week we had most of the money paid back. The only items not covered were those that were not part of the wellness check up and go against my deductible. I am very happy with the service we received. I do recommend Pets Best.

We have had this insurance for a year
We have had this insurance for a year. They seem helpful and kind. The reason I didn’t rate them five stars is because they raised our premium significantly, despite the fact that they paid not one claim in this year. I realize my dog is a year older, but a nearly 20% increase seems like quite a significant bump.

Pet's Best is a SCAM!
Paid almost $1400 over 3 years for Pet's Best insurance and wellness coverage... dog is a Morkie only 4 years old. I submitted many claims that were denied (lots of stupid excuses) and ended up only being reimbursed around $400. Last year, rate was $280 (I dropped most of the wellness)... this year $390... it's a scam!

My 9 month old puppy had a virus…
My 9 month old puppy had a virus resulting in mouth warts, had to take him to the vet. They gave him a complete physical, and antibiotics. The bill was north of $300. I submitted the paperwork to Fetch and within 2 weeks the claim was reviewed and approved. Money was direct deposited into my account. Couldn't have been an easier or quicker claim process.
