This company has rejected every claim we have filed. If not one cent of our vet bills are considered "covered" by Prudent after a year then paying for this insurance is POINTLESS!

Figo/Pet Cloud app has been a great experience so far. Sending documents to your cloud account and processing claims has been very easy. I love the chat interface in the app to submit a claim, and everything was processed very quickly.

After getting the insurance , you would not assist in bill coverage because you stated our cat had been to the vets week prior with symptoms . She was not diagnosed at that time with asthma. It was diagnosed a week later. Not impressed
