Let me start with Todd, at ext. 6276, the Agent who guided me to adjust a plan to perfectly meet my needs for my cat. He was an asset to Nationwide Ins. Co. As I believe with all insurances, they’re only as good as when you need them and how they perform then. Only once a claim is needed to be processed will I be able to better review Nationwide Pet Insurance. Thank you

Claims process very straightforward
I appreciate that the claims process is very clearly explained. The response to the claim is itemized by line item, explaining what is (and isn't) covered and why. The process has been smooth for each of the claims I've had.

I have had Pets Best Insurance for 8 years and have been quite happy with them. Processing a clain is easy. I have encountered a delay in claims processing very infrequently.
