Enrollment a bit confusing.
The enrollment seemed a bit difficult to follow - I was not sure that when I selected the link that I would be taken to my quote. However, this might be because I went to pet secure first and that was very confusing.

Hidden fineprints to exclude most of common sense items
1) Your websites says "No Per Incident Caps". However, you did not reimburse the full amount charged by the vet. 2) Your website says "Depending on your plan, deductible, and reimbursement options, up to 100% of your dog's vet bills may be reimbursed." This is incorrect because even if I had a different plan, my expenses would not be covered 100% due to your hidden fine prints. 3) Insurance plan says "Vet Exam Fees for Accident and Illness visits. This is also incorrect because my claim was for consultation, diagnostics and treatment of my pet, beyond preventive care, and still it was not covered. -- Since there was no place to reply to Figo's last comment. I am putting it here. I have forwarded case details to support at figopetinsurance.com and will update here about what they do about this case.
