Finally
Finally, after several years of botched claims processing, Trupanion seems to have gotten its act together and now processes our pets' claims with relative ease. This is good, because several of them have life threatening conditions, and we are grateful for the coverage they receive for their respective care.

Pumpkin is the Best!
Pumpkin has been so wonderful. My poor Sawyer has needed two surgeries in her short life and without Pumpkin they would not have been possible. They were quick to approve her estimates and quick to reimburse after the procedures. I will use Pumpkin for all my animals!

They responded quickly to my questions
They responded quickly to my questions. They worked with the vet hospital to pre approve her surgery claim. It took off so much pressure at a time when we were Worried about our fur-baby’s broken leg. I am so thankful we used Trupanion to protect her.

Don’t bother
Don’t bother. They didn’t cover anything at all. Appealed it and only got a letter saying it wasn’t covered - including the general exam. Save your money for the vet bill instead of paying this no good insurance.
