I called the phone line 5-6 times during the process and each time everyone was very considerate, kind, helpful, and seemed to care about Ventureâs well being. They answered every single one of my questions until I understood everything. Outstanding service.

Disappointed
I submitted my claims for my dog diesel back in the middle of April and am just now receiving a response. And to add to my frustration, his claims were denied claiming it was a preexisting condition! This is absurd. He had a totally separate eye problem than what he is currently experiencing and I do not agree with this at all. Extremely disappointed in this company

I've been a customer for over 13 years!
I've been a customer for over 13 years! Your training department does a good job stressing to be polite and caring. Caring with a capitol C. Usually, a pet is sick when a customer is calling, so having a person who seems to really CARE makes you feel like you are not alone, during the frustration and agony of dealing with one's pets' illness. This visit with Jared was over closing my account with one of my dogs who passed away in a 6-dog tragedy in Salt Lake City from what the state thinks is blue algae poisoning. Efficiency is also what you do well. Your employees are trained well (that isn't the case in a whole lot of businesses in today's world)!

Nothing but good things to say
Other than a few issues with getting my invoices uploaded due to a change in software, I have no complaints about the processing of my claims. My dog was recently diagnosed with a very rare type of cancer and from the beginning of the diagnosis until his surgery, I have understood what would be covered, what would not be covered, and what my co-insurance would be.
