Received reimbursement for part of one…
Received reimbursement for part of one order but not the other, said it was already done but didn't question me. I had to place two separate orders for get a 12 month supply as our vet would only write script for 6 months at a time. Still waiting on the checkup and vaccine reimbursement.

I will start with the fact that I am not happy with the steep rate increase and will say that if this is going to occur annually, it wouldn't be lucrative to continue with this plan however, the claim that I recently submitted was handled in a timely fashion

MANYPETS IS THE MOST DISHONEST INSURANCE COMPANY I’VE EVER DEALT WITH!!
This company not only told me that I could add on to my insurance later and then reneged. They told me they no longer had the wellness plan and that it was replaced by a new more expensive plan. That I could only add on now if I did it when I first signed up, totally contradicting what they originally offered. Then when I tried to cancel my policy because I went with a much better more honest insurance company. They wouldn’t refund my money for that month even though I tried to get through to them before the billing date. They delayed my email by giving me some garbage about a security check so they could still charge me. I have never dealt with a more dishonest, conniving company as ManyPets. There are much better companies out there that are much more accommodating and personable with much better insurance for less. I would suggest to anyone reading this to look at Pets Best or ANY other insurance company other then ManyPets.

My puppy is insured
It was super easy to fill out the information to start up the insurance. I had one question so called customer service. that was very easy to get to speak to a real person. I asked if I could pay for one year's premiums, but you don't provide that option. I understand. However, it would be easier for me to pay in larger increments...say quarterly.
