Absolutely amazing! Super easy to file claims. Coverage is amazing, literally have saved me thousands of dollars, 1 freak accident with our puppy would have cost us over $6,000 without this insurance. Could not recommend them enough! A+

Pets Best Pet Health Insurance's coverage is terrible. I'm only with them because of of the breeder I got the cat from pre-paid it. I've submitted numerous claims, and, only one of them was covered. Also, they take forever to process the claim.

Easy to signup for on the phone
Easy to sign up for. Now we will see how well the insurance works. I hope I will never need to find out, but if I do I will have some peace of mind.

The enrollment process was good
The enrollment process was good, however our vet told us if we signed up within 24 hours we would have no waiting period and 30 day free trial. This was not clearly stated or addressed as an option.
