I had PetsBest insurance day I rescued two cats. One of them recently diagnosed Heart murmur and needs to monitor cardiology twice a year. Without PetsBest, I won’t be able to pay $900 lab fee per visit. It is so easy to process a claim and reimbursed as expected and on time. I truly thank PetsBest to that I can give my cats the best medical treatment without money problem

Rejected AGAIN and very disappointed
I'm very disappointed with the rejection of my claim. I filed a claim for my pet's ear infection and it was rejected due to prior ear infections. That was just not true! She went in to have her ears looked at once before and they were fine. I was given dog ear wash because my dog likes to swim and I wanted to make sure she didn't get any ear infections. She also had a little rash when we got her and Figo claimed that she had allergies (because of a baby rash). She does not or has never had allergies! That rash went away immediately after we got her home. Good luck getting any kind or payment from Figo. I went back to the Vet and got additional information and it was still rejected.

It took a whole year and a half before…
It took a whole year and a half before I was able to get any reimbursement from PetPlan. Thanks to Adam Altman who took his time to review my appeal and resubmitted for me. He himself could not see why it had been denied since I had all of my documents there. Other representatives could not help me at all. Thank you Adam Altman for your help. This took place back in March 25, 2021 and I talked to Adam on September 1st 2022.

No need to look any further. This is the one!
I am so impressed with this company. My pet had medical issues that required hospitalization at an emergency pet hospital. After everything was taken care of, I submitted my receipts to Fetch. I had a check within a week of the claim being accepted. There was no hassle or questions. It was the easiest process I have ever been through. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely be staying with Fetch for as long as I have my fur babies.

Emergency hospital
My Brodie was hospitalized in emergency hospital for 3 days. $3,500. I wouldn’t have had the extra money to pay for his care. Thank you Fetch. I was able to pay and then be reimbursed. Super easy. It all on line within 10 days I had my claim completed. No hassle. Best thing I could have done was buy the insurance when he was a baby

Customer service has declined
I have an earlier review for Healthy Paws that is very positive, because they really did provide good coverage for my pet. However, I've had way too much difficulty trying to cancel my insurance (after moving to Canada). I've been trying for a month and they just withdrew another payment from my bank account. Their customer service has really declined.
