I was looking for quotes online came across sonnet and was signed up with a great quote within 5 minutes. Was pretty much the easiest thing I have ever done regarding insurance. I made a typographical error on my applications. this was not caught initially. I paid my monthly fee and deposit - over $600. Then I received an email that my insurance is cancelled immediately. I try to reapply was told I have to wait 30 days in order to requote. Why can't Sonnet help me on the phone and make the correction? Why does Sonnet cancel my policy and make me re-apply? I have been on the phone for 45 minutes TWICE! 90 minutes and the problem is still not resolved.

Pet insurance is for the wise
I bought insurance for the stray kitten I recently took in after a friend persuaded me that it was a wise move. Thinking I wouldn’t need it for a long time, I went with ManyPets because the deductible was affordable and the policy coverage seemed comprehensive. Well I am so glad I did, because Moo got sick literally ON the day of my first policy, and I had to take her to the emergency vet. When I noticed how unwell she was, I knew that a trip to the vet was somewhat urgent, but given the insanely ironic timing, and being a grad student, I was worried about how I would pay for a vet bill out of pocket and I didn’t know if I should wait until midnight to take her, or if my policy wait time had expired yet. So I called ManyPets customer service and was placed with Kate from the ManyPets US team and explained the situation. Kate is literally an angel on earth. She took the situation to heart, demonstrated so much compassion and concern for Moo, and worked diligently to confirm and reconfirm that I was safely outside of the waiting period. She really made it a personal mission to ensure that I could take Moo right away without the consequences of ending up with a potentially large emergency vet bill. Being a puppy mom and a mom-mom herself, I could tell that Kate really really sympathized with the unique and unfortunate situation. She even sent me a follow-up email letting me know that she was keeping me and Moo in her heart and was open to receiving an update! Though I caught it in time, Moo ended up needing significant overnight care, so I am so grateful for the timing of everything because waiting could have really changed the situation. The situation was traumatizing enough, but Kate really saw me through it and I’m so grateful. So many people would just give a quick answer, not caring about the profound impact the consequences of an emergency vet bill could have on a person financially if they were given the wrong answer. I’ll be submitting a claim soon and hope & suspect all will go well. I’m so grateful that I chose ManyPets for Moo & especially, that I had Kate on my team through this situation <3

This used to be a good insurance but…
This used to be a good insurance but now there is lack of customer service. Filed an auto claim and got an adjuster that doesnt respond to email or phone call. There is no way to contact this guy. Called main office and they still couldnt get a hold of him. Save yourself some time and find another insurance. I did a follow up email regarding this issue as you have instructed 5 days latet still no contact from you guys. Your company is a joke
