PetsBest - Will take your money, and cover nothing.
They’re quick to add everything to your 500$ yearly deductible, but as soon as you hit that and expect them to start paying, well, good luck getting a penny out of them. Will be canceling my policy.

Great customer service!
I am a first time pet owner, worried about how I would pay for my pet’s expenses. I am also a new homeowner so I needed to find an insurance company that I aligned with. What I love about Lemonade is that they are super helpful and responsive to my questions, they also donate a portion of our payments to a charity of our choice. Their customer service representatives are extremely helpful and super nice. I also love that every time I have a question, they email me. I get anxiety from phone calls a lot so the fact that they can get all of my questions answered just by email has been super beneficial to me and less stress free on my part.

My cat developed cancer. ASPCA verified that it wasn't a pre-existing condition with my vet, but then promptly processed my claims. Uploading receipts and filling out the online forms was simple to do. This is a great company and I'm so happy I decided to purchase.

Trupanion cut through all the paper work when my dog broke his leg. Very easy to apply for insurance coverage. Especially now that my dog needs surgery to remove a mass on his paw. I recommended the coverage to my nephews who just got puppies and neighbors.
