Technical Difficulty
I’m having a great experience with Figo and I would love to give them permission to use my testimonial, but Trustpilot only allows one review and one reply per exchange. In other words, we can’t reply to their comments with consent. Is there another way to do this? 🙂

They do NOT pay out as they should
They do NOT pay out as they should. I have a $200 vet bill and they only apply $68 towards my deductible. Do some shopping around and go elsewhere they are seriously a scam.

I have had this insurance since my Yorkie was 4 months old. She is now almost 15 yrs old. They have been extremely fair in all my insurance submittals. I wish I never had to use insurance for my Yorkie, but I have. So grateful for Nationwide Pet Insurance and Major Medical. Thank you.

First time user
Took my dog in for shots. I had recalled that a portion of the office visit may be covered along with the shots themselves. Thought I’d take a chance and submit a claim. In submitting the claim through the app, I got an immediate response as to what my refund would be. Total bill was $191.00 of that I was refunded $109.00!! The money even showed up in my account later that afternoon!!! Amazing!!! Couldn’t be happier!
