I love using Pets Best
I love using Pets Best. The process to submit claims is quick and easy. We were devastated by our dog's health diagnosis and Pets Best has been a blessing to have so that our dog is able to obtain the care she needs to live a more full life.

I don't think that they are paying fair…
I don't think that they are paying fair market value for some of the reimbursements at this time. In addition, you can't make changes to your policy until renewal. That seems a little unfair.

When I called about my Pet, they called me in a matter of few hours, When I explain about my Pet's fesses that had worm the staff listened to my concern. I took my dog and they attended to my dog with no time to waste. Staff if very friendly.
