I had a bit of trouble signing up (my issue) so called ManyPets for assistance. The person who assisted me was very helpful and efficient and got me all set up, and was able to answer all of my questions.

Not very good I pay for full coverage…
Not very good I pay for full coverage and they told me I'd be fine and have me running soon again. Now there is nothing they can do and could take months. So I do not recommend these guys. I'm stuck paying outta my own pocket again. DO NOT get full coverage it's pointless.

Customer Service was Patient, Understanding, and Respectful. I took my Cats in for their initial Exam, Paid the Vet with my funds then, filed my claims a few days later - I was notified by email on what my insurance covered and received my claims pay directly to my Bank Account in a week. I am very pleased with my choice to go with Pets Best Insurance

Thank You Nationwide for standing behind your word and your insurance. My precious baby went blind from cataracs caused by diabetes. This all happened very quickly. She has always been healthy up until then. With your help we got the cataracs removed and the diabetes under control. Thank You... I recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance to anyone with a pet.
