The service is great and customer care agents amazing. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that my rate has gone up from just over $100 to over $200 monthly in a two year period.

Quick turnaround for claims and my dog’s. Allergies have been covered. The representatives are usually available quickly and have always been courteous, helpful and respectful. Unfortunately, the cost of coverage continues to rise annually, supposedly because the cost of veterinary care also is rising. That may be so, but it is difficult for the policy holder.
