I would like to see a policy limit raised to 7K, 9K or even higher. In todays of skyrocking emergency expenses 5K limit is not enough

This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. Months and months of waiting and repeating a claim process over a simple ear infection for $240. They have made me jump through hoops and still will not complete the claim. List of excuses: The invoice can't be hand written, I have it redone, it doesn't have the proper "wording". We need all vet records from the time the pet was born, from every single place they've ever been! My pup is barely a year old. Oh, now we have to start a new claim because you gave us a new invoice. I Start a new claim. Now we don't have a valid address on file for you, we can't mail you anything, please update. It's all in my app and on my invoice! Then, all of the sudden all of the medical info from before they don't have. Now they want full life history again. They've looked for every excuse not to process my claim. My dog has never been ill, never had a reason to go into the vet other than her vaccines. This company is impossible. Not worth the hassle. Especially if you have a major issue and really need your funds back in a timely manner. Don't waste your time here.

Accessibility - customer service is superb.
Super slow but covers a lot
I do like that they cover everything I had a $2,000 claim and they covered almost all of it. The issue is that they take an insane amount of time to process. My claim took 41 days and it was a battle of me calling almost everyday. The people in the phone are nice but whoever is processing the claim takes too long. The claims time is way too long and after they read your review the respond with the generic “Claims are processed in the order they’re received. Claims take an average of 15 days to be completed. However, more complex cases take up to 42 days currently. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience…” which just shows they don’t care. Also the app crashes a lot and isn’t great. Overall the cover a lot if you get the right policy but it will take forever to actually get your money back.
