Completely Satisfied
We recently added a new addition to our family - a precious mini-poodle. We did our research as far as getting the right pet insurance - we decided to go with Spot Pet Insurance. Customer service is always ready to answer your questions and claims are processed quickly. I am also impressed with how you're kept informed throughout the claims process.

The website is terrible
The website is terrible. I can't view anything other than billing and claims. It wants me to sign in over and over and then still doesn't do anything.
