Very good customer service but disappointed no longer has the plan i have for my other dog at 90% coverage and 250 deductible This may lead me to look elsewhere

Compassion and coverage
The compassionate assistance they provided for our family and are beloved pet, Mishka was so valuable. They helped us care for Mishka and extend her time with us so she could live a full life when the decision with other insurances or if we did not have insurance, might have forced us to make a different choice at a younger again. Customer service listens and follows through when errors on their part occur. So far the only negative is that it’s sometimes difficult to talk to someone on the phone, up to two hours waiting and still not able to talk to someone

Easy process - Upfront Company.
The sign- up process was easy. I made a mistake in selecting the right breed. And called to correct it. The customer service was fantastic - friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and also offered some guidance on submitting a claim. I haven’t submit a claim yet but my son has this insurance and says the claim process is great.
